Admission to the Bar
To be admitted to the Singapore Bar, candidates must fulfil certain requirements, which vary depending on whether they are local or overseas graduates. These include becoming a Qualified Person, successfully completing the Part A Examinations and/or Part B Course & Examinations and undertaking the Practice Training Period. Depending on the chosen pathway, candidates may first be admitted as a Lawyer (Non-Practitioner) before progressing to become an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
