A: You may apply online during the application period and follow the instructions applicable to those waiting for final year examination results. You will be given conditional acceptance pending the fulfilment of the requirements of being a qualified person.

3. My relevant legal training ends after the closing date of application for the Part B Course. I am able to complete it before the Part B Course starts. Will I still be able to apply for the Part B course?

A: You may apply online during the application period and follow the instruction applicable to those who are due to complete your relevant legal training before the Part B Course starts. You will be given conditional acceptance and be duly registered in the Course pending the fulfilment of the requirements of being a qualified person. 5. Will it be possible to use CPF funds to cover at least part of the Part B course and examination fees?

A: No. However, you may use the fund balance from your PSEA for reimbursement of part of or all of the course fees. Please note that you will still need to make full payment of the Course fees when submitting your application.

6. What can the funds in my PSEA be used for?

A: The balance in your PSEA can only be used for the Part B Course and Exam fees (S$6,420). It CANNOT be used to pay for the QP registration fee.

If the balance in the PSEA is not sufficient, then your reimbursement would normally be the amount of balance in the PSEA. For example, if the balance in the PSEA is S$4,000, you would receive a reimbursement of S$4,000.
