New Part B Course

The new Part B Bar Course will aim to equip candidates with broad-based knowledge of Singapore law and legal practice. It recognises that not all who pass the Part B Bar Exams and get admitted as non-practising lawyers (Lawyers (NP)) may go on to undertake the 12-month practice training period. Some may choose to take on other legal careers which do not require a practising certificate. These include in-house counsel and professional support lawyer roles.
